I have a question needs your attention. Both my wife and I landed in Toronto in Summer and spent there about 3 weeks. Now it is about the time for us to go back to Toronto. I have to put all my effort to find a job there though I am not confident enough. I am thinking of my wife not going in together with me at this moment so that she doesn't have to encounter all those unnecessary troublesome...... That means her immigration Visa will become invalid.
My question is: if my wife failed to keep her status, she would have to re-apply the dependent PR to Canada after I have got my job . Is it possible for such case to be approved by Immigration Canada. Is there any similar case? Please help to answer my question, thanks a lot!
