请教高手：我用付费3WEB上网，昨天装了MSN的最新版后，不能访问HOTMAIL（在https://lc3.law13.hotmail.passport.com/cgi-bin/dologin处没有响应）。改用免费NETZERO又可以。哪位知道原因？谢谢！
