用水汆过的嫩芥兰,为增加其脆感,用方块冰镇起来。用筷子翻开层层冰块拣起那绿脆脆的芥兰,然后再蘸上用酱油和芥末调制好的调料,送入口中,嗯,清甜透凉,爽脆可口,创意非常。
