Some time I feel there're more opportunities for average people. One guy I know, in Canada, is preparing a airlines company, although he himself doesn't have lots of money. How can I imagine that one can set up an airlines in China, without special background?

In China, you can do almost everything if you have money. But with only $25K annually, how can I handle so much stuff? The car price is doubled compared to Canada. The medical treatment is also very expensive and by now an efficient insurance system is yet to be set up. I cannot imagine if I get sick in China...

Anyway, I believe North America is suitable for average person. For Those with great minds, China is a better choice. Also China needs such elegants.
