and of course, the DV is much more better while is more expensive accordingly. the camcorder model here would only sustain NTSC mode, but it doesn't matter since most of VCR and TV could sustain NSTC and PAL in China. regarding the price in China, just go to cn.yahoo.com and search "DV", then you'll find lots of stores and price as well as over there.
