They all have free online/phone estimation. The difference is if its door-to-door or pickup. I did a lot of search and made calls to them and chose purolator and a local moving company for each half of my stuff. BTW, about $30 for 30kg with purolator from NF to ON (door to door). Rates vary by distance.
