洗干净后入废水煮5分钟,在热水中用刀刮去白衣。洗净后烧锅放清水葱姜茴香诸舌,用旺火煮沸,烹黄酒,用文火煮酥,捞出沥干冷却。白衣较难去尽。沸水煮的时间不宜太短。煮后刮尽白衣才可入冷水清洗。用锯齿得刨刀,可以很好刮。
