"一开机就自动弹出来,只有关机后才能推进去", what's that mean? Is that mean: during you are using computer, the CD-ROM still open?

我买了台samsung电视,两个多月.看录像带时把袋子掉个头塞进去了一半,卡住了,出不来也进不去了.好像不属保修范围,有什么办法能解决吗?另外,我的计算机光区现在一开机就自动弹出来,只有关机后才能推进去,怎么办?
