I am thinking of buying a property, would like to choose one of the following:

(1) a 97 acre land with a relative small house about 50 miles away from Ottawa
(2) a 2.5 acre woods with a nice house about 70 miles away from downtown Toronto
(3) a detached house in North York close to Scarborough.

any suggestions?
