How can a country contribute to the world? By imposing its own value on other country or just extend hand when the help needed. Canada is considered as the most generous country in the world interms of accepting refugee, who, in most of cases, have no place to stay in the world. I think I read from Rolia that Canada just donate 600K to Afhanstan(spl?) refugee recentely who fled out the country because of the coming war. What I understand is that this country is doing what they think helpful to the world.
