Both my boss and I are not interested in people's resume. We just care for candidate's true skills. Frankly speaking, no imposters can sneak into our company. As we spot some people with good potential, we always grab them though they are still green.

I myself do not have degrees in Computer Science. I don't care what degrees the candidates have, because we have no luck to hire those with a CS degree from MIT.
