But Rogers's techician told me this time after I lost the Internet connection that they detected my operating system is win2k server, they terminated their service. I called them 3 times to negotiate with the problem of operating system. they still insisted to reject to re-open their service untill I change my operating system to non-server version. I had to follow their requirement and called them again. no any change, they still said they can provide connection because I remained the IIS in my win2k professional O/S. I checked my O/S again and remove it. this time they recovered the connection and told me what I did wiolated the agreement of Rogers. finally, everything got okey.
