I used to be a waitress working in a Chinese reataurant. One day, a custom asked me, "do your dishes have MSG?" At that time, I just came to Canada, bad listening and bad English. I gave them an answer they wouldn't forget it forever. I answered seriously,"We only have GST and PST. We don't have MSG" They just laughted to dead while I was standing there like a fool. Then, I understood. :)
