好吧,吐血奉献一把...

我们买的是New Zealand Spring Lamb,应该一样吧?头一次是大家一起吃了。再一次,先把一些瘦肉片下来,做了葱爆羊肉(这个不用我写菜谱了吧?),剩下的用葱,姜,料酒,大料花椒研了一夜,加自然烤了4个小时。
