2 separate files DSN=PTAX.DTX.EXTR.OTH.MKTMSTR(0) contains record types 0,1,2,4&5;
DSN PTAX.DTX.EXTR.OTH.MKTHIST(0) contains record types 6 & 7 (history recs)
Provide one or both files as customer wants
Records can be cross-referenced using municipality and folio, certificate number, deed number and buyer number.
Purge criteria of system – Every October purge process runs and removes all certificates and tax deeds that were ‘resolved’ (paid/deleted) prior to the previous September 30. I.E. in October 1998, it purges items resolved prior to September 30, 1997.
