请教一个问题： 我用BELL的DSL浏览北美的网站速度挺快（我在多伦多），但是浏览中国的网站就慢得无法忍受。于是我断掉DSL,改用拨号，再上中国网站，竟然比DSL快很多！这是怎么回事？
