1. cut the salmon into small cubes (4cmX2cm)
2. Melt some butter or olive oil in a sauce pan
3. Add some garlic or chopped onion
4. Add salmon cubes, for 3 minutes (medium heat)
5. Add white wine, lemon juice
6. cook at medium low heat until it is done (don't over cook)
7. Add salt and pepper to your taste.
