——我学习的加拿大Business Law入门介绍课主要是学Contract Law和Incorporation。当然，对加拿大的司法体系、宪法、民法（Law of Tort）也有介绍。
——关于illegal contract 和void contract，illegal contract同时一定是void，但是void contract 不一定是illegal。:P
