So what? Do you think a company is interested in suing its employees?

Since you guys hate the faked resumes and swindlers, why don't you take some actions in interviews to block them? As far as I know, Canadian companies usually gave their potential employees several round of interviews. I hired 7 people recently. I just talked them 45-60 minutes. Our job references are done with a single day, without FBI's help. I found all of my new team members are qualified for their positions. One of them is a newly graduated college student. Yesterday, I interviewed a job candidate ---I lost my interest in him right after two questions. It is not too difficult to discover good programmers. Only those who lack self-confidence need to hire some detectives to do job references. Unfortunately, they still often hire unqualified candidates.
