陕西做法, 婆婆教的.

老豆腐一块, 蒜半头, 辣子面若干, 盐, 生抽, 醋, 味精若干.
如果是刚出锅的新鲜热豆腐最好, 可惜这里买不到.
将豆腐切成几大块放入锅中稍煮, 去豆腥味, 出来后改刀成长方快(不要太小),稍沥水后,放入盘中, 面上放入拍碎的蒜, 辣椒面,盐, 锅里油烧热, 泼在豆腐和调料上, 再加入生抽, 醋, 味精,一点点糖(我篡改的), 稍拌, 即可. 别拌太狠了, 豆腐嘛,当然会碎地.
