When I studied in University, I have never failed on exam. Now I am thinking it's better to fail once or twice. Since exam is the most important thing for students. If failed, just like "Tian1Ta1Le". But from other point of view, if student can survive from that disaster, he/she will be more strong, and he/she can face more difficult. That is "Mo2Lian4".

Same as your case, you will become more strong. People grow up based on experience. You get one more.

On the other hand, I guess you don't like this job very much.
