If your TV comes with A/V input jacks, you can do such thing: Using a pair of A/V cable to connect Recorder and TV. There is a select switch at the right side of front control panel of recorder. Choose NTSC (or PAL60? I can't remember it exactly, try it one by one ). Then you can get a stable image on TV ).
