1. I can't remember if there are FN in the IELTS application form.
2. SURE, your ielts score will be sent to Canada ambassy, and you don't need to do anything.
3. I take the ielts just before the Chinese new year, so it takes me 3.5 weeks to get the score. Usually, you could get it within 3 weeks.
