牛筋在北方又称“腱子”。用这样的肉做酱牛肉一定要炖得烂,做好的酱牛肉牛筋部分是半透明的,最好味道。我的口水都要留下来了。我妈不太会做菜,但会做很好吃的酱牛肉。只可惜我笨,又嫌麻烦,在外面买的又觉得没我妈做得好吃。唉!
