猪肉韭菜水饺

碎猪肉一磅,韭菜两捆。饺皮适量。韭菜洗净成捆切成3-5毫米碎末,加入碎猪肉,适量盐、味精、香油、酱油。姜先切成薄片,再切成细丝,最后切成姜末放入。烧热锅,放适量烹调油,油热后用慢火炸适量整花椒,5分钟后捞出花椒,油放凉加入饺馅。拌匀馅后即可。包饺子时用水涂抹饺皮边缘,以防煮破。
一次可多拌些馅,冻在冰箱里。或者多包一些水饺,冻硬后装袋保存即可。
