番茄蛋汤:番茄先油里爆一下(高兴剥皮的可以先把番茄皮剥掉),然后加水烧,2个蛋打匀,水烧开了下鸡蛋,慢慢倒,沿着锅饶圈倒,大火再烧开了就可以了。
