大白菜切碎,最好是梗。准备一些番薯粉(就是生粉),放到碗里加些冷水,一定要冷水。不要太稀也不要太稠。大白菜在锅里炒一下,放水,等开后(大白菜炒后乘到碗里等水开后再放进去也好),把那碗兑过水的番薯粉倒入锅里,同时筷子在锅里不是搅拌,然后起锅。当然料可以各种各样,但觉的大白菜做的爽口,加点生姜末味道会更好。
