Actually it’s a nice location if you don’t mind living in southern Scarborough. I lived in Building 330 McCowan Rd. (southwest corner of McCowan and Eglington) for one year.

It was $930 (1 bedroom + a den) with recreation facilities. Transportation is convenient. Building management is good.
