Dalhousie itself did not have any engineer program till 3 years ago acquired TUNS.So most of the faculties are from TUNS(Technical University of Nova Scotia). I am not quite sure the ranking of EE program in TUNS though. Ottawa University should not be much better in the program than TUNS. However, it is easier to find a co-op or job in Ottawa than in Halifax. Thus, OU probably is a better choice to go.
