Oracle Tool is built using Java Swing. Java Swing is not thread -safe.
I happened to use the Oracle tool you mentioned. It seems to me it is not a memory leakage problem. It is a multithreading issue.

If all the programmers are crazy for Java, the IT industry will be dead.
