which describe my real skills and experience will scare the employer away coz they will think i am overvalued and doubt if i will get boring at the job later. So what i need to do as my agency suggests is: to modify my resume to match this positon by lowing my qualifications!

I really don't know how to do this. I mean to show i am qualified and not over-qualified. but just FINE! Anybody here has same experience and may give me some tips? THANK U SO MUCH!
