Take one RAM slot out and test if you still have the problem. If you still have the problem, put this RAM back to take out another, till you test all RAM slots or you don't have the problem anymore after taking one slot out. In the first case, your RAM is OK; go on to harddisk then. In the second case, that RAM is BAD.
