请问wins(wins)和其它专家们, 怎样才能找到相关的proxy加快访问国内的网站速度. 那个代理好用是否和自己的ip地址有关(就是isp动态分配给的那个地址). 比如访问国内, 是用这里的代理还是国内的代理? 能否稍详细点.
