just make sure
1) using internal IP for nic2, nic3, 192.168.x.x or 10.10.x.x
2) subnetmask are same, ex, 255.255.255.0
3) NIC3 default gateway = 192.168.10.1 (NIC2)
4) DNS = whatever Rogers provided,
if you use dhcp to gain your dynamic ip,
then do ipconfig /all in win2k, you will see
the setting, then fill it up in NT box's dns setting
