Hi, friends at Vancouver, please give me some advice on North Surrey. I am interested in an apt there. Low rent and near King Georgy Skystrain Station. But i hear North Surrey is not safe.

Does anyone have any idea how unsafte North Surrey is? If there anyone forcing you to buy drug with a gun? Or just many working class? Any information is welcome.
