1。普通锅没问题,只是费时。2。枸桤子若干,蜜枣一个。3。先加肉骨大火烧开,倒掉,去肉末, 加凉水大火重煮,加一个西红柿,四个去皮土豆,至水开,小火炖两三小时,加盐既可。从前面的 帖子学来的。不要作太多,吃多了会腻。
