那就仁者见仁,智者见智吧,喜欢怎么吃就怎么吃:)我本身是四川人,川菜里面味精成分很高.所以我吃惯了味道重的东西,说实话也更喜欢有味精的汤一些.只是味精吃多了败胃口,我现在也基本能不用就不用了.
