从以上帖子可知,各位高手多不是广东人。牛骨(两磅)去血水,放三四个西红柿,一个胡萝卜,洋葱,土豆,(切碎),三片姜,清水刚没过水面两厘米为宜。大火开后文火炖2个半小时,加盐,辣椒油。即是罗宋汤。
