The "time" phone card is provided by Telemax Comm. Inc. I use this card for two canada-wide long distance calls. No more than 10 mins for these two calls with the rate $0.03 listed in its ad. No connection fee and no maintenance fee are advertised for this card. But I got a charge of $3.5 for these two calls. I called their customer service, guess what they told me, there is a $1.5 service fee for each call. What a shame on them.
