1.Is the file you refered to is named "Kit9.pdf"?2.what does the "SPOUSE CASE" in your chapter mean?Is this a special form to be filled in? I did not see any "SPOUSE CASE" in that kit as your have said. 3. Does it matter if I did not use the registered-mail?
