Got a job offer in one of the big automobile manufacturing companies recently. Felt as I had a strike when playing bowling, Yeah! The followings are a few tips I'd like to share with Rolia members...

1. English, English, English. It cann't be overemphasized when hunting a job. I'm impressed by my LINC teacher Rob. He told me that he always goes to teller rather that ATM when banking. Why? - grab every chance to practice your English.

2. Take professional courses in college or university. Employers tend to recognise Canadian certificates or diplomas rather than foreign ones (except U.S.A ones).

3. Your effort and time spent in job hunting will eventually payoff, just wait for your turn. I believe that I deserve this offer because I had good performance there when I worked as a contractor.
