There are several people mailed me to ask for openings that I know of, I requested their CV, took a look, found some mistakes, mailed it back to them along with the info on the contact person for the openings and info on salary negotiation. Although I told them to correct the mistakes then I will forward their CVs to the right person myself, in which case I can benefit from the internal reward program, without much surprise, some of you bypassed me and contacted the hiring manager yourself, I wasn't too thrilled about it, but I let it go, little did you know that your CVs ended up on my hands...ar well, forgiveness is a virtue.
