诸位Rogers的营业代表：你们前段时间推广的19.95月费计划，账单上到底应该就是19.95 + tax，还是39.95 +tax 然后6个月后退120呀？这两个价钱可是不同的呀，起码税就不同！请回答，这账单的问题找谁呀？
