I applied 3web service 3 month ago.I provided my credit card
information to them. 3web is supposed to email me DISKID#
to me shortly after. But up to now, I did not receive any
DISK ID# so I can not set up my account.
But 3web still charged me every month to my credit account
even though it never provide me any service. Every month I
have to talk to my credit card company, explain them and get
my money back. This is really very annoying thing. There is
no contact phone number I can dial to them except chargable
call. There is no response even i emailed them the fact.
各位大侠帮帮忙。 Please tell me any idea I can do for it to
get rid of this situation. Or if there any canadian
governemnt agency I can talk to.
