烧饼油条

(明月千里寄相思)
面粉500克,精盐10克,凉水300毫升,油1000克。
做法:
取面粉,精盐倒入盆中,合成面团,反复搓柔, 至面团光滑柔韧,分成若干份,烙制成烧饼。
将生油条放入滚汤的油锅中,炸至金黄色时, 即可捞出,夹在烧饼中即可食用。
