Question: 12 months from date of ME- 8 months of waitting=4 months, almost no time to prepare from departure, right?

if take ME after receiving the notice of ME, then the validate of VISA will be within 12 months from the date of ME, after waitting for 8 months, there is not so long time ( less then 4 months, Maximum) to depart, right?
