Hi, everybody,
just get offer letter from one company,
but another company also said will give me offer in next few days
so what is the best way for me?
1. figure out some excuse and delay the first one ( how long) and
wait for the second one
2. accept first one immediatly , and go to work and change to second company
after get offer from the second company(BTW, does it need two weeks notice
in probationary period to quit?)

or any other good idea?

the bottom line for me is to keep at least one, must be very carefully because
everybody know how hard it is to get an offer.
