i have submitted addtional material on Oct 24,but now my status was still on 5,sign.

i have been asked to do it on Oct 14,i have found the status become 5 on Oct 15 in the website of Embassy, i forgot to mark "Family Class" on the Envelop to Embassy,does it effect the speed?
