that's service error, if it is steady on, it might be minor error, like paper empty, paper jam, door open, missing cartridge. normally paper sensor is optical sensor, you can try use a piece of paer block the sensor, see if clear away the problem, or check the voltage. on is 5v, off is less than 1v, or vice versa.
