辣子鸡  

ronger (明月千里寄相思)
用料:
仔公鸡,花椒,味精,油,干辣椒节,酱油,熟芝麻,葱花
制作方法:
1、将仔公鸡,去内脏洗净,斩切成2厘米见方小块。
2、将锅置于火上,下油烧五六成热时,下干红椒节炸至棕红色,然后放入鸡块、花椒;待鸡熟酥时下入红酱油,继续翻炒,下入味精,炒转起锅,用漏瓢滤去油后,装入盘中,撒上熟白芝麻、葱花即成。
